Valencia striker Rafa Mir has been detained by police on suspicion of sexual assault. The 27-year-old did not show up for Valencia training this morning (Tuesday). But was taken away by police overnight.

A source close to the investigation says Mir. And another man are being held on suspicion of sexually assaulting two women, aged 21 and 25, at his home.
